Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic time at this hotel, which is perfectly situated just a short walk from Nakajima Park and the vibrant Susukino area. The rooms were spacious and very clean, providing a comfortable sanctuary after a day of exploring. The breakfast was truly an experience on its own, offering a feast of local flavors, but I found the lack of vegetarian options a bit limiting. Overall, it was great value for money with excellent amenities.
I had a great experience at the hotel, with spacious rooms and a fantastic breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to help, especially when we needed directions. However, the standard double room was a bit cramped for two with luggage, and I wish there were more amenities like in-room safes. Overall, it's a great starting point for exploring the area with good access to restaurants and public transport.
I had a great overall experience at this hotel. The transportation options were convenient, and I loved the quiet location near Nakajima Park. Although the initial room was small and a bit cramped, upgrading to a larger room made a significant difference. The breakfast was a highlight every morning, but I wished there were more cooked options. Still, my stay was enjoyable, and I would come back in a heartbeat.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel during the snow festival. The location is perfect as it's a short walk to both Susukino and Odori Park, yet still in a quieter area. The staff made a lasting impression with their warm service, especially Aoyama-san, who went out of her way to help us with some urgent matters. However, we found the rooms a bit on the smaller side, and the breakfast, while decent, didn't quite live up to the hype for me. Overall, it's a solid choice but there is room for improvement.
I had a great stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to explore Sapporo. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, featuring a wide selection of fresh sashimi and cooked dishes. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are clean and well-equipped. The service was excellent, with helpful staff ready to assist. However, families might find the room size a bit cramped. Overall, it's a solid choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.
